The weather is set to stay cool breezy and wet for the next 2 weeks in Ireland with above normal rainfall and temperatures in the range 12 to 16c.
Later on in the month there is a prospect of warmer more settled conditions with temperatures of 20c.
Winds to start the month will be Northwest veering Southwest later
During the coming week snow continues to be a risk for the east and North of Ireland in what is turning out to be the coldest March in 60 years for Ireland.
Weathergossip had predicted a temperature average of 6.5c but look out for a final value of 5c

While tonight will be frosty again expect that to be the end of the more severe frost although there will be still frosty nights
