Weather gets cooler as we head into May

The warm weather of the past few days has made April very pleasant. Temperatures topped 18 degrees in Ireland over the Easter weekend and there was plenty of sunshine to boot. The weather is breaking down somewhat and it will be breezy and cooler over this coming weekend with some rain or showers.
In the next couple of weeks as we head into May Low pressure stays close by bringing a lot of showery weather and temperatures no higher than 12 to 15c.
However as we saw in 1995 and 2013, a cool May brings Summer heat.

Heres hoping....
